New Schedule

So today was my last work out for the week.  I will be sweet to have Sunday off to relax!!  Cut my ride into 2 loops,  first one was West into down town then back to the house then out to Kuna and back.  2nd loop was great until I pushed 25 miles of a rather sturdy head wind but just like hills, the ride home was quick and much easier.  Soon as I got home, coach told me to carb up as fast as possible and take a nap.  Nice!
